Each of our three services covers a different scope. Standard Cleaning includes full kitchen and bathroom cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, dishes, mirrors, and surfaces. Deep Cleaning adds hand-wiped baseboards, door frames, light switches, cabinet exteriors, and inside the refrigerator when empty. Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is the most comprehensive, covering inside all cabinets, drawers, oven, refrigerator, and closets to get your space show-ready. If you have specific preferences, like extra attention to certain areas, share them at booking and we'll pass them along to the independent cleaning pro assigned to your home

Yes. Cleaning professionals in our network bring their own professional-grade supplies and equipment for every job. If you have specific product preferences or sensitivities, share them at booking and we'll pass them along.

For first-time Deep Cleans and Move-Outs, we strongly recommend being home so you can greet the cleaner when they arrive and share any preferences for the job. At the end of the clean, the cleaning professional will walk through every room with you to confirm your satisfaction. For recurring Standard Cleanings, you do not need to be home. Just provide entry instructions ahead of time and come back to a fresh space.

Yes, the cleaning professionals in our network are happy to clean with pets at home. If you have multiple pets, we'll ask at booking whether there is heavy pet hair throughout the home. If there is, we add a flat $20 to the booking to cover the extra time needed to handle the additional hair.
